About El Centro College

El Centro College is located in downtown Dallas near the historic West End.  We are at the junction of most major DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) bus routes and are easily reached by the DART light rail system. Our main building, a historic landmark, is attractively renovated and is very functional.  Our college community prides itself in its friendly, respectful approach to students. 

Ride DART Free
El Centro students can ride free on DART trains and buses anytime, anywhere during the semester for which you register for at least six (6) credit hours during the fall or spring, or three (3) credit hours during the summer. The Dart West End Station is only one block from the college.

Parking
There are several parking lots around El Centro. The rates are an average of about $4.00 per day. There are also parking meters.
