How I teach
Students will experience a balanced approach that brings theory alive with lecture and experiential practice during the courses that I teach. Teaching is just as much a learning experience for me as it is for the student.  You all have stories and lessons within you. PARTICIPATION is essential to experience the process.  To benefit from the courses I teach you must be prepared to be PRESENT and in the moment to enjoy the experience.

Information about me
I have traveled over twenty years from impasse to transformation in resolving conflicts. Perhaps you have completely resolved your conflicts or moved them into a space where they are easier to handle. In either case, I hope you will learn that conflict is a rich source of learning, growth, and improvement, in your professional and personal lives. When you encounter conflicts you basically have two choices. You can either tighten up, pull back, and prepare for battle, or you can relax, move toward your opponent, and prepare for peace. The opportunities for learning from conflict are infinite and unbounded. Remain on the Journey.
