I have designed since 1976; I am an ASID, NCIDQ, TAID and TBAE member and I have worked for F. Schumacher & Co. (leading fabric house to the trade) from 1980 until 2004.

I teach using many means of communication: outlines, sketches and vocabulary on the board, handouts with vocabulary and pertinent information, lectures and slides.  Due to my Commissioned service in the Navy and personal trips to Europe, Asia and America I have, fortunately, traveled to many of the sites covered which enables me to walk my students through the locations, giving a hands-on aspect to my lectures.
